The Frymaster and Dean worldwide network of Domestic or International Factory Authorized Service Centers is in place to provide you the fastest possible response to your service needs. Each center features skilled technicians that have completed our intensive service training schools. Factory service training is a year-round task to keep field service personnel current on product innovations, new technologies and changes in design.  

Each service center maintains full inventories of Frymaster and Dean replacement parts. Our  field service managers monitor these on-site parts inventories to ensure levels meet service needs.  

In the rare event a part is not available locally, the factory emergency parts order system is on-call to provide it within 24 hours. This emergency order system has earned the enviable record of on-time shipments of over 99 percent of all orders.  

We ensures long-term product satisfaction with a comprehensive worldwide field- service program that is a unique blend of people and parts. Our Technical Service is proof positive that your relationship doesn't end with the purchase. In fact, we are just a phone call away to help you with your service needs.
